Dave Frankland

As the Chief Strategy Officer, Dave leads corporate strategy and marketing for StrongView, developing and evangelizing the firm's vision to the market, and aligning internal resources to make the vision a success. Previously, Dave was a VP, research director, and award-winning analyst at Forrester Research, where he co-launched Forrester’s Customer Intelligence practice and oversaw a team of analysts that helped companies better leverage customer knowledge to improve their marketing performance and business strategy. Dave was also VP of Corporate Communications at DoubleClick for 5 years prior to their acquisition by Google, and most recently, was managing partner of his own customer relationship strategy consultancy, Customer Helix.
